Maciej Ślesicki awarded the Special Prize by the Polish Screenwriters' Guild!
Maciej Ślesicki, founder and Chancellor of the Warsaw Film School, has been honored with the Special Award from the Polish Screenwriters’ Guild for his outstanding contributions to the film industry — specifically for founding Script Fiesta, the only festival in Poland and one of the largest in Europe dedicated entirely to screenwriting!
The festival takes place at Kino Elektronik, right next to the Warsaw Film School, and is co-created by our students and participants. This year marks the 13th edition of Script Fiesta — a vibrant meeting point for the screenwriting and film communities, where ideas, stories, and inspiration are exchanged.
The entire Warsaw Film School community — students and faculty alike — proudly celebrates Maciej Ślesicki’s achievement. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition!
This year’s Script Fiesta will take place March 27–30 at Kino Elektronik.
